Yoga Health & Healing offers a variety of classes to take your practice to the next level. You will find Vinyasa Yoga, Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Sculpt & Tone classes that will challenge you to grow beyond the boundaries of the mind.
Intermediate Yoga
Our Intermediate Yoga classes are more challenging while still providing cuing for proper alignment and safety in the poses, however these classes are faster paced so there is less basic instruction. Advanced options will be offered.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga provides a well rounded approach to maintaining health in the body working on strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, coordination and the ability to focus. This practice cultivates awareness through the combination of movement in the body connected with conscious breathing. Vinyasa Yoga offers students a faster paced practice where breath supports and guides you through each pose creating a mindful practice that opens one up to a meditative state of being and beautiful connection with the body, mind and spirit.
Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga
This method is a dynamic combination of intuitive discovery, profound knowledge and experiential practices that results in transforming limitations into power. Those engaged in this process become empowered to overcome the barriers that stand in the way of allowing themselves to revolutionize their body, their emotions, their relationships and their ability to serve the greater good. No other process utilizes so many tools to tap into one's hidden potential for achieving authentic personal power and living an extraordinary life.
Fitness Yoga: Yoga Sculpt & Tone
We are happy to introduce Yoga Scuplt & Tone classes to provide a quick, balanced way to help increase upper body strength while staying grounded and focused as the breath guides. Yoga Sculpt and Tone is vinyasa style yoga class geared towards increasing strength as well as flexibility, by combining yoga and weights. The weights will help to deepen the poses as well as provide overall tone to the muscles. We suggest that you have at least two different sets of hand weights (2 or 3lb. and 5lbs) to give you room to grow and to modify as you practice. This practice is for those who are familiar with Vinyasa style yoga, we do not recommend this class for new students.
Advanced Yoga
This yoga class is for advanced students who need less instruction. Students are encouraged to challenge themselves through a mindful approach of conscious movement and observation of the mind. Advanced options, inversions and arm balances are offered.
