After eight years of working in the fitness industry, both as a personal trainer and an instructor of several different types of fitness classes, Jessie began to look for something deeper and more meaningful, this is when she found yoga. She began her journey seven years ago when she stepped onto a yoga mat for the first time and since then her life has never been the same.
