Roseanna Frechette is founder and director of Denver’s Inner City Yoga: An Integrative Approach (offering introspective sessions and practical teacher training for over a decade). She serves as Yoga Director for LoDo's prestigious Oxford Club and is a respected member of the core teaching staffs at Pura Vida in Cherry Creek and Uptown's Samadhi. Performance poet and dancer, as well as yogi, Roseanna offers sessions that are charged with poetic metaphor, inner exploration, kinesthetic awareness, and creative energy. First Hatha-teacher certified at Shambhava School of Yoga (Eldorado Mountain Ashram), Roseanna has since trained in a variety of well-aligned yoga methods. She is a registered yoga teacher (RYT) at the highest level. Her studies in meditation are varied and reflective of a natural connection to Kundalini awareness and the Tao.

Roseanna’s evolving passion lies in helping others discover the healing, grounding, and inspirational force to be found in meditative/restorative practices. She is as comfortable with private sessions that cater to individuals’ concerns and needs as she is with the collective energy of group sessions.
